Welcome to the Transfer Student Program
UC Merced is committed to being a premier destination for transfer students in California. We have several programs in place to facilitate transfer from community colleges to UC Merced, and to ensure that transfer students flourish when they arrive.
This site provides information geared specifically toward current and prospective transfer students, and offers links to relevant resources. Some of our programs include the Transfer Student Association, the Student Transfer Outreach Mentor Program (STOMP), and the student ambassador program.
